Doug Sosnik, who served as a top political aide to the president during the Clinton administration, is out with a new memo reflecting on what’s changed in American politics. Mr. Sosnik is one of a number of former Bill Clinton aides well-versed in the forces shaping our politics. He distributes a memo about those forces quarterly. The memos are always worth reading.
